    • Hey Zahir, you don’t need “alot” of money to build muscle. If you’re on a budget all you really need is to be able to buy the right foods each week. I’d say 50 bucks a week is a good starting point.

      Once you get your finances right, and you begin to eat right, and workout right, you can see some explosive gains.

    • Yep, this is a BIGGG problem that ALOT of guys go through. And it’s the number 1 reason alot of guys ultimately quit.
