The #1 Thing To Do To Build Muscle Fast

Just pulled out another question out the mailbag:

Question: “Whats the number one thing i have to do to gain alot of muscle?”

The good news is the answer to this question is very simple. The bad news is there's more than one thing you need to do to gain a lot of muscle.

Remember it's all based on the muscle building formula:

Proper Nutrition + Intense Workouts + Proper Rest & Recovery = Muscle Gain

See, you need all three components in order to build muscle. Think of it as a recipe, you can't bake a cake if you don't have all the ingredients. While the same goes with muscle, you can build muscle without proper nutrition, intense workouts, rest and recovery.

Without Proper Nutrition your body doesn't get the building blocks it needs to build muscle. Remember think of your muscles like a brick house. If you want to build a brick house bigger and stronger you need more bricks.

If you don't have enough bricks (consume enough calories) and you can build your brick house (your muscles) bigger and stronger.

Without Intense Workouts your body won't use those extra calories to build muscle. Remember, building muscle is the last thing on your body's TO DO list.

Intense workouts wear and tear your muscles which tells your body to build them bigger and stronger. Without intense workouts your body won't know what to do with all those building blocks (calories) from your diet.

Without Proper Rest & Recovery your muscles will not grow. Just like how you need "time" and the "right materials" to repair your roof if a storm damaged it your muscles need the same thing. Your body need enough time and the right materials ( extra calories and protein) to repair and build your muscles bigger and stronger.

You can't gain significant muscle unless you put all these pieces in place. BUT putting all that aside the biggest mistake I see alot of guys making is that they don't nearly eat enough that they should.

Wanna Build Muscle and Gain Weight Fast... EAT, EAT AND EAT

I don't know what is about nutrition.

I here guys say "It doesn't matter how much I eat, I can't gain weight or build muscle"

Then when I show them how much I eat, their jaws drop in shock.

The reality is if you're struggling to build muscle and you constantly go to the gym then odds are you're not eating nearly enough as you should.

If this sounds like you then the first thing you should do is take a look at your diet and start increasing your calories.

If you need help finding the right foods to help you consume the right amount of nutrients each day (the proper combination of carbs, proteins, fats) in order to see muscle gains. Then I highly recommend you check out: Anabolic Cooking
